We offer after service only to those who have verified the product. If you bought a Mo-i, make sure to register the serial number on our website to verify.

The authentication of our product can be checked through a simple process.
The serial code is written on the enclosed manual. Enter the code in the blank and click the button to verify whether you have bought the authentic product or not.

Returns and Refunds

Before asking for returns or refunds, please refer to the manual enclosed with the product.

* Instrutions on returns and refunds

1. Please call our customer service center for further questions : 070-4285-7499
2. Operating hours : Monday through Friday. Closed on weekends and holidays.
3. You can exchange the product of the same design and if there isn’t any in stock we will exchange it to a random design among the same product.
4. Items must be returned together with proof of purchase and serial number when you return or refund the items.
5. You can get an exchange only one time. (You are responsible for one-way delivery cost.)
6. If you are requesting a refund, due to change of mind, you are responsible for both way delivery cost. (Items must be unused with all the original labels attached.)
7. Items purchased through offline stores must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
